Our stores carry products in different categories such as, Hair and skin care, Baby care, Personal care, High-end perfumes and Cosmetics. As of now some of the famous International brands such as Red-Bull, Omron and Proton, Vichy, Gillette, Dr. Scholl’s rank us as # 1 channel partners in their in the modern format businesses and a lot of new entrants from international markets have cited our outlets as a launch pad for their brands in India.
We have two major categories - FMHG and FMCG. Prescriptions and OTC products fall under FMHG and accounts for a bulk of our revenue.
Our Product range includes over 25,000 Prescription medicines, over-the-Counter Medicines, Health Foods, Health Supplements, Baby Care, Skin and Hair Care, products. We have a special relationship with Himalaya Drug Company and many others. Furthermore, we ensure that products are kept at the right temperature and are displayed right keeping in mind that the customer can touch feel and choose.

All our products are bar coded carrying the unique identification number, its expiry and batch details and are transported to respective locations based on consumer demand. Our product assortment is relevant to the buying context of our consumer and often exceeds customer expectations.
At the backend we have a team of professionals who are prompt in sourcing material and use state of the art decision-making tools to make the right forecast for the demand so that products are available to the consumer and that is how we believe we can be people’s chemists for life.
We have a defined set of processes that stand behind sourcing, and a unique vendor compliance program through which we ensure that the medicines and other products are sourced directly from companies, distributors and authorized stockists, thereby ensuring genuineness. We have a centralized distribution process and location specific warehouses to ensure faster delivery of products and merchandise to our stores. |
